Chocolate-Mint Grasshopper Pie!! Yummy!!

Absolutely love this recipe from Kraft. Its definitely  delicious and really easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 pkg Jello Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
1 1/2 cups of cold milk
2 cups of thawed cool whip whipped topping
6 Oreo Cool Mint Creme cookies, finely chopped
1 cup of chocolate mint chips
1 Oreo Pie Crust
1 square of melted sweet chocolate

Beat the pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk for 2 mins. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the Cool Whip, mint chocolate chips and the chopped cookies. Then spoon into the crust.

Cover the remaining cool whip and drizzle with melted chocolate.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
